Overlooked jewel for the residential home!
I love Rag Lady.com! I love these wash cloths! I like having a 12 x 12 sized rag to clean with at my kitchen sink and around my counters and table. Since we always have one on the sink, and since we often use it to also wipe our kids' faces, we change it every day. I also like them to be sparkling new and white so that they do not offend any guests we have in our kitchen. If they are made too thick, (as Williams Sonoma's brand is,) they take longer to dry out and smell mildew-like in less than a day. If you always want to have that brand new whiteness, you won't get much life out of any terry rag from any company, even with bleaching. The color of the rags will dull eventually, so I like to stock up on a lot of them. It was just too expensive to keep that up with the dozen I use to buy from Williams Sonoma. But.....
...Then I discovered Rag Lady.com and at these prices, I purchase one to two boxes each year which gives me 60 - 120 rags!!! They are thinner, dry quicker, and when they take on a dull color that is unacceptable in my kitchen, they become fantastic cleaning cloths for the rest of our house, car, garage, yard, basement, etc. And at the prices I pay for them, it's easy to always have a bright, clean white one ready for use in our kitchen. I must mention that when one has served our kitchen and gone to the laundry room cleaning cloth bin, it only lasts for one or two chores or a few polishing jobs. I've literally had them fall apart in my hands after scrubbing my floor's ceramic tile. But it got the job done and served us well for only 49 cents! I never feel bad when it's time to throw one out. These are not top quality, bar cloths. They are perfect for ordinary day-to-day living in your home and inexpensive enough to have lots and lots on hand.
Thanks for your site, RagLady!
