All information gathered by Chesapeake Wiper & Supply, Inc. / RagLady.com is kept strictly confidential and will NEVER be given to a third party, company or individual. Information is used only for order processing and accounting.

Chesapeake Wiper & Supply, Inc. / www.RagLady.com is sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products and services through the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. This makes it very difficult for someone to steal your credit card information.

When will you ship my order?

Most products are typically in stock and ready to ship. Orders shipping UPS generally ship same day order is received Monday - Friday. I must receive orders no later then 1:00pm EST (M-F) to ship same day when shipping via UPS. Local deliveries will ship within 1-2 days of placed order.

When will I receive my order?

Please locate your state below. Match the color of your state to the chart located to the right of the map. The amount of days represents the amount of business days (weekends are not considered business days) that it will take for you to receive your order. (I am located in Baltimore, Maryland). PLEASE call if you want expedited services 1-866-724-7787. (FYI - Expedited services generally cost an arm and a leg.)

Can I pickup my order?

Yes. You can pick up your orders up Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Click here for directions.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be shipped back in original condition within 30 days of invoice date at your expense. Items returned will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee, however, the 10% restocking fee may be waived for exchanges. Orders with free shipping, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the products less the 10% restocking fee, shipping cost that were built in will also be deducted from the amount of your refund.

*Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip when returning.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. $20.00 minimum shipping charge per order. We ship ALL orders to Canada via UPS. Additional shipping charges DO apply to your area. Since shipping charges are based on weight, postal code and value of order, the best way to find out additional shipping charges would be to place your order online. Your order AUTOMATICALLY gets placed on hold. We will then email you within 24 hours with your additional shipping charges that apply to your order which will include ALL taxes, duties, broker fees and shipping fees. All charges are handled through us...NO surprises. We will need your approval to either ship or cancel your order at NO obligation to you. We ship all Canada orders on Thursdays before 1pm EST. (Bulk shipping on Thursdays allows us to provide you with the best shipping rates.) Packages are delivered in 5-7 business days.

Yes. Additional shipping charges MAY apply. Since shipping charges are based on weight and your zip code, the best way to find out additional shipping charges would be to place your order online. Your order AUTOMATICALLY gets placed on hold. We will then email you within 24 hours with your additional shipping charges that apply to your order. We will need your approval to either ship or cancel your order at NO obligation to you. Orders shipped via USPS Priority usually are delivered in 3-7 business days.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes. $300.00 minimum per order. Government, schools & state - credit application NOT needed. All others must fill out credit application for credit approval. Click here for credit application form. Do you charge sales tax?

Only in the state of Maryland, 6% sales tax will be applied.

Do you wholesale your products?

Yes. $300.00 minimum per order. To qualify for wholesale pricing we also need copy of business license and copy of resale sales certificate faxed 410-633-8144 or mailed to us before quoting pricing.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska & Out of the USA (Other Countries)?

Yes. We ship to Hawaii and Alaska (out of the contiguous USA) via USPS Priority ONLY. Packages are usually delivered in 3-7 business days. *Read below.

Do you offer decorating services?

No. We only sell blank towels. We will drop ship towels directly to your preferred decorator.
FYI – It is always good to deal with a local to you decorator to prevent paying additional shipping fees that your decorator may charge.
