When will you ship my order?  

Most products are typically in stock and ready to ship. Orders shipping UPS generally ship same day order is received Monday - Friday. I must receive orders no later then 1:00pm EST (M-F) to ship same day when shipping via UPS. Local deliveries will ship within 1-2 days of placed order.

When will I receive my order?

 Please locate your state below.  Match the color of your state to the chart located to the right of the map. The amount of days represents the amount of  business days (weekends are not considered business days) that it will take for you to receive your order. (I am located in Baltimore, Maryland).  PLEASE call if you want expedited services 1-866-724-7787. (FYI - Expedited services generally cost an arm and a leg.)

What is your return policy?

All returns must be shipped back in original condition within 30 days of invoice date at your expense. Items returned will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Orders with free shipping, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the products less the 10% restocking fee, shipping cost that were built in will also be deducted from the amount of your refund. Please call our toll free number 866-724-7787 before returning any products.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. We ship ALL orders to Canada via UPS. Additional shipping charges DO apply to your area. Since shipping charges are based on weight, postal code and value of order, the best way to find out additional shipping charges would be to place your order online. Your order AUTOMATICALLY gets placed on hold. We will then email you within 24 hours with your additional shipping charges that apply to your order which will include ALL taxes, duties, broker fees and shipping fees. All charges are handled through us...NO surprises. We will need your approval to either ship or cancel your order at NO obligation to you. We ship all Canada orders on Thursdays before 1pm EST. (Bulk shipping on Thursdays allows us to provide you with the best shipping rates.) Packages are delivered in 5-7 business days.
